We currently have an exciting opportunity to to become the Store Manager at our Collins Street store.
Reporting to the Area Retail Manager - VIC, the Store Manager will be a committed individual with a solid Retail background, polished presentation and a ‘can do’ attitude. As the Store Manager, you will form part of the Management Team with the Assistant Store Manager; responsible for developing and motivating the team to deliver the best customer experience, every time.
To be successful in the position you will have:
- Previous Management experience in a retail or hospitality
- A strong focus on achieving excellence and committed to team work
- Ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Composed and professional approach to working in a systematic manner within time constraints
- A great committed attitude and work ethic
- Passion about training and development
- Leading by example, not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Experience achieving sales targets and maximising profit
- Professional ability to performance manage
- Integrity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
